Wisconsin is back to the Rose Bowl.
Wisconsin accepted an invitation to the 106th Rose Bowl game, where the Badgers will face Oregon. It'll be the same match-up as the 2012 Rose Bowl, which was the second of three straight appearances in the game for Wisconsin in the Granddaddy Of Them All.
The Badgers earned their berth by going 10-3 and winning the Big Ten West. Wisconsin fell 34-21 in the Big Ten Championship Game to Ohio State, one of four teams in the College Football Playoff.
Oregon won the 2012 Rose Bowl, the second of three straight defeats in the game for the Badgers. That season was the year that Russell Wilson quarterbacked Wisconsin.
The game will be played on January 1, 2020.
