It's a bye week, so it's time to reflect on two blowout wins by the Badgers with Wisconsin football coach Paul Chryst.
Coach Chryst appreciates the effort of the players in a good start for the Badgers, but says that the team still has time to work on getting better, especially during the bye week.
Chryst acknowledges that the schedule will get more difficult, particularly with Michigan visiting Camp Randall Stadium a week from Saturday, and that the team will be tested differently in the weeks to come.
On Graham Mertz, Chryst says it's good that he got so many players their first snaps.
With Scott Nelson out for the year, Chryst says that Nelson will come back better than ever in 2020.
