Stop Blaming Pete Carroll for Seahawks’ Woes

Pete Carroll is taking heat for the Seahawks’ struggles this season and Doug Gottlieb thinks it’s unfair to lay all the blame on the head coach. They lost their last two games in very close fashion, despite missing their future Hall of Fame QB, Russell Wilson. They still have a strong squad and, once Wilson returns, they should jump right back into contention.

Doug Gottlieb: “We lose perspective on (the Seahawks)...They lost the last 2 weeks by 3 points without Russell Wilson. What are we doing here? We’re really going to hold against Pete (Carroll) the results when he doesn’t have the player that his entire offense is built around?”
