Matt LaFleur introduced as head coach of the Green Bay Packers

Only the 15th head coach in the century-long history of the Green Bay Packers, Matt LaFleur was officially introduced to his role at a press conference on Wednesday afternoon.

LaFleur, 39, takes over after the Packers fired Mike McCarthy with four games remaining in the 2018 season, which was finished up by interim coach Joe Philbin.

While expectations are high in Green Bay for LaFleur to turn around the Packers after two straight seasons out of the playoffs, no coach in franchise history has made it to the postseason in their first year at the helm of the Packers.
