The 2019 WIAA State Tournament brackets for girls and boys volleyball have been released.
In girls volleyball, Division 1, the #1 seeds are River Falls, Appleton North, Waunakee, last year's runner-up Oconomowoc, Arrowhead, defending champion Burlington, Union Grove, and Kettle Moraine.
Division 2's top seeds are Osceola, Mosinee, Luxemburg-Casco, Fox Valley Lutheran, Platteville, defending D3 champion Lake Country Lutheran, Wisconsin Lutheran, and St. Thomas More. Defending champion East Troy is a #3 seed in Sectional 3, while last year's runner-up Kettle Moraine Lutheran is a #2 seed in Sectional 4.
In Division 3, the #1 seeds are St. Croix Falls, Aquinas, Fall Creek, Oconto, Brodhead, Waterloo, Howards Grove, and Dominican. Last year's champion Lake Country Lutheran is in D2 this year, while last year's runner-up Stratford is a #2 seed in Secitonal 2.
Finally, in Division 4, the top seeds are Mercer, Clear Lake, Three Lakes, Columbus Catholic, Hillsboro, Iowa-Grant, defending champion Catholic Central, and N.E.W Lutheran/Providence Academy. Last year's runner-up Clayton is a #13 seed in Sectional 1.
In boys volleyball, last year's runner-up Kimberly, defending champion Germantown, Middleton, Catholic Memorial, Kenosha Indian Trail, Muskego, Marquette, and Brookfield East are the #1 seeds.
