Bucks close practice facility due to positive coronavirus test

As the NBA season gets ready to resume, teams are dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic ahead of the relaunch.

Reports Sunday night indicated that the Milwaukee Bucks were closing down their practice facility due to a positive coronavirus test, joining a handful of other teams in the NBA to close their facilities for the same reason.

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Bucks saw Friday's round of coronavirus testing and decided to close down their practice facility ahead of a Thursday departure for Orlando, per the report. Several of the 22 teams heading to Florida this week for the season restart have closed their facilities as well, as the NBA tries to work back to play inside the "bubble" in Orlando.

It was not indicated who had the positive test.

The NBA season is set to resume July 30 in Orlando. The Bucks begin play on July 31.
