Bucks survive Game 1, rally to defeat Raptors 108-100

Despite a poor shooting night from deep, and double-digit deficits in the early stages of the game, the Milwaukee Bucks kept at it and came away winners in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals in the NBA Playoffs over the Toronto Raptors, 108-100.

Brook Lopez led the Bucks with 29 points and added 11 rebounds, one of three Bucks to notch a double-double. Giannis Antetokounmpo nearly achieved the feat in the first half alone, a rebound short at that stage, finishing with 24 points and 14 rebounds, to go with a team-high six assists. Khris Middleton had 11 points and 10 rebounds for the Bucks as well, and Malcolm Brogdon provided a big lift off the bench with 15 points.

Toronto's high-powered duo of Kawhi Leonard and Kyle Lowry combined for 61 points in the loss for Toronto.

Game 2 is at Fiserv Forum on Friday night at 7:30 p.m.
