It was another memorable Mother's Day performance for the Milwaukee Brewers, as they improved their MLB-best 33-19 record on Mother's Day with a 7-3 win over the Colorado Rockies.
Freddy Peralta set the Brewers' franchise record for strikeouts by a rookie pitcher with 13 in the win, taking a no-hit bid into the sixth inning. It was Peralta's major league debut.
Milwaukee won the series three games to one over Colorado, and head to Arizona next to take on the Diamondbacks.
