Buzzer-beating three sinks Milwaukee against Youngstown State, 72-71

Garrett Covington's buzzer-beating three-pointer gave Youngstown State a 72-71 victory over Milwaukee on Thursday night.

Covington finished the game with eight points for the Penguins, who were led in scoring by Devin Morgan, Jr. with 21.

Darius Roy scored 20 for the Panthers. DeAndre Abram and Amir Allen each had 13 points for Milwaukee.

Milwaukee has now lost four in a row heading into Saturday's tilt against last-place Cleveland State. The Panthers won the first meeting between the schools on January 3 83-76.

With the loss, the Panthers are now 4-7 in Horizon League play, and 9-15 overall.
