Milwaukee's first lead came in the final seconds of their 67-66 win over Western Michigan, when Vance Johnson's tip-in sent the Panthers to victory on the road.
Johnson finished with 14 points. Darius Roy led the Panthers with 18 points. Bryce Barnes added 12 for Milwaukee, now 5-8 on the season.
The Panthers open up Horizon League play on December 29, when they take on the Green Bay Phoenix.
