The Big 1070/Madison and The Big 920/Milwaukee announced today that Ted Davis will join “The Mike Heller Show” weekdays from 2-4:00 p.m., beginning Monday, May 5. Next season, Davis will enter his 18th year as the radio voice of the Milwaukee Bucks. Davis will bring 26 years of NBA play-by-play experience to the "The Mike Heller Show" which airs in its entirety weekdays from 2-6:00 p.m.

He began his broadcasting career in Denton, Texas when he was hired by KDNT when he was just 17. After working at KDNT, Davis moved on to KVIL where he called Texas Christian University and Texas A&M games. He also covered games for the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament and the NCAA Women's Final Four. Davis was also an announcer for North Texas State University, the Mutual Broadcasting System, and KLIF-AM and WBAP-AM in Dallas-Fort Worth. Prior to joining The Big 1070, Davis was a regular contributor on 1250 WSSP in Milwaukee.
